Even having done sports including martial arts and gymnastics, I’ve always been a fairly lanky guy. In the past year, I have worked to finally put on some amount of muscle though I still have a ways to go.
My goal with this blog is to act as a resource to other guys and gals like me. I want to pass on the things I learn while also acting as a forum for discussion. I’m open to all fitness views though primarily focused on those looking to increase lean muscle mass.
